The course covers the responsibilities of the Spotter, communication with a MEWP operator, identifying hazards and maintaining safe working areas.
This course is essential for anyone involved with planning and overseeing operations involving Access Platforms (MEWPS). It is not an operational qualification but it gives delegates the knowledge required to manage operators using these machines. This e-learning version of the course is completed via an online module. The training covers slinging and lifting of loads, and signalling to the crane operator.
