Providing knowledge to safely assist MEWP operators when visibility is restricted or in areas where there are potential hazards to people, structures or equipment. The course covers the responsibilities of the Spotter, communication with a MEWP operator, identifying hazards and maintaining safe working areas.
This course is essential for anyone involved with planning and overseeing operations involving Access Platforms (MEWPS). It is not an operational qualification but it gives delegates the knowledge required to manage operators using these machines. This e-learning version of the course is completed via an online module.
