IEMA is the professional body for everyone working in environment and sustainability. This course will give you a foundation of environmental and sustainability knowledge to build on and leads directly to IEMA Associate Membership.

The IEMA Foundation Certificate is for anyone looking to make an impact in an environment or sustainability role. It focuses on environmental management so it's perfect if you're starting out, responsible for collecting and collating environmental or sustainability data through to providing routine checks on legislative or pollution prevention measures.

Successful completion also entitles you to Associate Membership of IEMA (AIEMA), and your first year membership is included in the course costs.

Exam Overview:

The IEMA Foundation Certificate is assessed with a 1-hour, open-book online multiple choice test. The assessments run on a monthly basis, and you will be given a 28-day window of submission, typically the 1-28th of the month. If you're studying the Virtual and Classroom version of the course, you will be provided login details from IEMA and can login anytime during this window to complete the test, however this must be completed in one sitting. Results are shown immediately after completion.
