Who is the course for?

The course is for operators who intend to use telescopic handlers on site. Training will be accredited by the RTITB or NPORS.

Course content includes:

Employer's and employee's responsibilities
Hazards arising from use
Basic maintenance
Reversing
Pre-use inspection
Operational techniques
Towing
Load and balance

Completion of the course:

Delegates will take a verbal test and complete a practical assessment. Successful delegates will receive the appropriate training certificate and photo ID card.
